We source coffees that make us excited to wake up and brew. Our line-up of offerings represent everything we love in speciality coffee; from crisp and clean washed lots to the juicy and full-bodied naturals.

Our aim is to showcase the hard work and dedication of producers through a considered approach to roasting which prioritises highlighting the intrinsic qualities of each unique lot.

COLOMBIA- JAIRO ARCILA - STRAWBERRY CO-FERMENT We are lucky enough to offer this for the second year as the @cofi_net team continues to develop on their very exciting range of experimental fruit fermented lots. This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During this fermentation stage ripe strawberry and wine yeast were added, reminding us of creamy strawberry and berry yoghurt. More info on the site. This is a fun brew that won’t stick around 🍓

We are excited to announce the release of PRIMO Blend v2 produced in collaboration with our pals over at @kookaburra_bakehouse to pair with their top-tier bakes as their house espresso. Our aim was to build an espresso which was rich and paired excel
We are excited to announce the release of PRIMO Blend v2 produced in collaboration with our pals over at @kookaburra_bakehouse to pair with their top-tier bakes as their house espresso. Our aim was to build an espresso which was rich and paired excellently with milk, whilst still providing a backdrop of fruity acidity & luxury for black options. The Brazilian lot used is from Lagoinha farm, giving plenty of chocolate sweetness and a silky mouthfeel. The Colombian component is an 100% Gesha lot which underwent an extended 200 fermentation and was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at the farm Villa Betulia, hitting this blend hard with a juicy berry acidity. The natural anaerobic Nicaraguan lot was sourced from Finca Bethania and finishes the blend off with a layered sweetness and notes of macadamia and maple syrup.
